It is simple to administer

Group licences require no complex integration, no payroll changes and no ongoing administration. Employees activate their own accounts. You simply provide the licence allocation.

How it works

  1. Choose your seat count

    Group licences are available from a minimum of 10 seats. There is no upper limit. You can start with a specific headcount or offer it as an open enrolment benefit with a capped allocation.

  2. Receive a 20% discount

    Group licences are priced at a 20% discount on the standard Pawsettle Plus rate. At current pricing, that is £4.80 per seat per month (standard rate: £6.00) or £48 per seat per year (standard rate: £60.00). Pricing is confirmed on enquiry and invoiced directly.

  3. Employees activate their own accounts

    Once the licence is confirmed, employees receive an activation link and set up their own Pawsettle accounts. Each account is personal to the employee and fully private. No employee data is shared with the employer.

  4. No ongoing administration required

    After activation, Pawsettle runs itself. Employees use the platform independently. You are notified only if you need to adjust seat count or renew.

Employee privacy is absolute

Pawsettle accounts are personal. Employers have no visibility into what employees create, document or store. No agreement content, care logs, documents or personal data are shared with or accessible to the organisation. The benefit is offered at arm's length, the same way an employer might offer access to a legal helpline or counselling service.
