Yes. The free tier gives you access to the pet profile builder, the Pet Parenting Agreement builder and the Petnup builder with no time limit and no card required. You can save your answers and come back at any time. The free tier is not a trial. It does not expire.
The one-time purchase gives you a single formatted PDF of one agreement or petnup for £10. It is a one off payment with no subscription. Plus gives you formatted PDFs of all your documents, plus the Caregiver Evidence Log, Document Vault, Pet Health Timeline, Review Schedule, version history, shared access and the full collaborator system. If you think you will use Pawsettle more than once, Plus is significantly better value.
Your Plus subscription covers your first pet. Each additional pet is £1 per month or £10 per year. If you add a pet mid cycle on an annual plan, it is billed monthly at £1 until your next renewal date, then rolled into your annual price.
No. Collaborators you invite to your pet's circle do not need a Plus subscription. Pricing is based on the number of pets on your account, not the number of people you invite. Your co carer, vet or emergency contact can access everything their role permits without paying anything.
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account page at any time. Switching to annual gives you two months free compared to the monthly price.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Your agreements, petnups, caregiver log entries and stored documents remain accessible on the free tier. You lose access to Plus features but nothing is deleted.
It is per document. Each agreement or petnup is purchased separately. If you have two agreements and want formatted PDFs of both, that is two separate £10 purchases. If you need PDFs regularly, Plus is more cost effective.
Plus includes 500MB of Document Vault storage. If you need more, you can add a 500MB block for £2 per month or a 2GB block for £5 per month from your account page. Your current usage is always visible in the Document Vault so you know when you are approaching your limit.
What does £4 a month actually mean?
A disputed pet situation in the UK can cost upwards of £7,000 in legal fees. A caregiver log with six months of timestamped entries can be the difference between a straightforward resolution and a drawn-out dispute.
A petnup created while everything is calm takes fifteen minutes. It covers care responsibilities, financial arrangements, and what happens if circumstances change. It does not prevent a relationship from ending. It does prevent a pet from becoming collateral damage.
