Pawsettle is a documentation and planning tool. It is not a legal service and does not provide legal advice. Documents created using Pawsettle are not legally binding court orders.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be 18 or over to use Pawsettle.

You may use Pawsettle to create Pet Parenting Agreements, Petnups and related documents for your own personal use. You may share documents you have created with the other people named in those documents.

You may not use Pawsettle to create documents on behalf of others without their knowledge. You may not misrepresent the nature of documents created using Pawsettle. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Plus subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time payments for PDF downloads are non-refundable once the document has been generated. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us at hello@pawsettle.co.uk.

You own the information you enter into Pawsettle. By entering information you grant us a limited licence to process and store that information in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

The Pawsettle platform including its design, code and document templates belongs to us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Pawsettle is provided as a documentation tool only. We make no warranty that documents created using Pawsettle will be treated in any particular way by courts or other parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Pawsettle is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
