Privacy Policy

Pawsettle is a documentation and planning tool operated from the United Kingdom.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and the password you choose. We do not store your password in plain text.

Pet and agreement information. When you use our builders we collect the information you enter about your pets, the people involved in caring for them, and the arrangements you agree to. This information is stored securely and used only to generate your documents.

Payment information. When you make a payment we use Stripe to process it. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Usage information. We collect basic information about how you use the service including pages visited and features used. This helps us improve the product.

Communications. If you contact us by email we keep a record of that correspondence.

We use your information to provide the service you have signed up for, to generate your Pet Parenting Agreements and Petnups, to process payments, to send you transactional emails about your account and documents, and to improve the product based on how it is used. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.

Supabase provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union. Stripe processes payments. Resend sends transactional emails on our behalf. Anthropic's API generates document text from your answers. Vercel hosts the application.

We keep your account information and documents for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Payment records are kept for seven years as required by UK financial regulations.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, to object to processing of your information, and to data portability.
