Manage your subscription
You can cancel your Pawsettle Plus subscription at any time. No forms to fill in, no waiting period, no questions asked.
The quickest way to cancel is directly from your Pawsettle account.
Your subscription is managed securely by Stripe. You can also manage or cancel it directly through Stripe's customer portal.
Go to Stripe billing portal →You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Pawsettle account. Once verified, you can view your billing history, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription directly.
Cancelling removes your Plus features at the end of your billing period. Your pet profiles, agreements and documents remain safely in your account on the free tier. Nothing is deleted.
